Cancellation Policy. You will be charged for the full number of nights you have reserved. A 33% deposit of your stay is required for your reservation. It assures your arrival and departure as confirmed. Sorry, but we are unable to give refunds on early departures.
In the event you must cancel your reservation, please call and cancel 72 hours prior to your arrival for full refund of deposit. Christmas and New Years week, 2 weeks of 4th of July, Snowmobile Derby Days, Musky Tournaments, Klondike Days, Pond Hockey, Camp Weekend, and Cranberry Fest require a 7-day notice for full refund of deposit. If notice of cancellation is NOT given prior to the 72 hour or 7-day notice, we will bill your credit card for the full amount.
